While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analysis may contain errors or miss nuances that a human attorney would catch. Always use your own judgment and seek professional advice for important legal decisions.

Payments and refunds

The full analysis is available as a one-time purchase of $12.99 per lease. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Refund policy: If you are not satisfied with your full analysis, email support@leasepeek.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Your content

You retain all rights to the lease text you submit. By using LeasePeek, you confirm that you have the right to share the lease text for analysis purposes. We do not claim any ownership of your submitted content.

We do not store your lease text after analysis is complete. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Resell or redistribute analysis results commercially

Limitation of liability

LeasePeek is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the analysis provided, any errors or omissions in the analysis, or any damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
