What we collect

When you use LeasePeek, we collect:

• Your email address — provided when you view your analysis results. Used to send your analysis and occasional product updates.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data — anonymous analytics like page views, analysis count, and general feature usage.

Your lease text

Your lease text is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for analysis. We do not store your lease text on our servers after the analysis is complete. The text is processed in memory, and the analysis results are encrypted and returned to your browser. We log metadata about the analysis (character count, detected state, score) but not the lease content itself.

How we use your email

• To deliver your lease analysis results
• To send your full report after purchase
• Occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe anytime)

We do not sell or share your email with third parties.

Third-party services

• OpenAI — processes your lease text for analysis. Subject to OpenAI's privacy policy.
• Stripe — handles payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails.
• Vercel — hosts the application.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for the site to function (session management, payment processing). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@leasepeek.com. We will delete your email and any associated data within 30 days.
